Furthermore featured in this latest document disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying distinct parts of the land.
