A police sergeant commented: “Residents, drivers and our traffic officers have had enough with these crowds of drivers selfishly taking over streets and car parks and we refuse to accept it.”
The officer continued: “They are not only a total disturbance, but they also put themselves and uninvolved individuals at danger of severe harm.”
